1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access and use the hana4d platform and services.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the hana4d online betting platform accessible at hana4d.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related services provided by hana4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (online cockfighting streams).
• "User", "Player", "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the hana4d platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on any game or event offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, or incentive provided by hana4d to Users.
• "Jurisdiction" refers to the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and any location from which you access our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to create an account and use hana4d services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

• You have never been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services, either on hana4d or any other platform.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering for a hana4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact phone number.
• Maintain only one account. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, family member accounts used for your benefit, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions) are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid identification documents when requested. This typically includes a national ID card (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification

hana4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business hours (WIB timezone).

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

hana4d accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays.
• You may only deposit funds from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• All deposits are final. We do not issue refunds for deposits except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.
• hana4d reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe violates these terms or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your hana4d account subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our KYC process before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically 1-24 hours for verified accounts. Most requests are completed much faster.
• You must fulfill any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing associated funds.
• We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method and withdrawal frequency. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hana4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

hana4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotion description. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players may be excluded from promotions at our discretion.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements will be clearly stated (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses expire after a specified validity period (typically 7-30 days). Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiration.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds to prevent bonus abuse.
• hana4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts that violate bonus terms or engage in bonus abuse.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to exploit bonus terms, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behavior we determine to be an unfair exploitation of promotional offers.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on the hana4d platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. We do not accept cancellation requests after a bet is placed.
• You are responsible for ensuring your bets are correct before confirmation. hana4d is not liable for errors in bet selection made by the User.
• We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits may vary based on game type, market, and your account status.
• In the event of disputes, hana4d's transaction log will be considered the definitive record.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting including football markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other competitions:

• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, settlement rules vary by market and will follow industry-standard practices.
• Live in-play betting odds and markets change rapidly. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment you confirm the bet.
• Asian handicap bets (commonly called voor bola in Indonesian betting culture) follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules.
• For mix parlay bets (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), all selections must win for the bet to be successful unless specific market rules state otherwise.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games including live dealer games and slot machines use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game rules and payout percentages (RTP - Return to Player) are available within each game. We do not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Responsible Gaming

hana4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control of your gaming activity including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after specified time periods to encourage breaks.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate our systems.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by hana4d

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You fail to provide required verification documents.
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account.
• You engage in bonus abuse or advantage play.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• We believe your account poses a risk to the integrity of our platform.

In the event of account closure for Terms violations, we reserve the right to forfeit any balance in your account.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance (minus any applicable bonuses) will be returned to you after completion of any pending transactions and verification procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hana4d platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content is the property of hana4d or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• hana4d provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of hana4d shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control including internet outages, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your gambling activities. All betting decisions are made at your own risk.

11. Disputes and Complaints

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the hana4d platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

hana4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
